ABOUT THE NOURISHED YEARS

Your midlife. Your way.

A thoughtful midlife publication for women, with space for changing needs, new interests, honest questions and everyday life.

A publication, not one woman’s story.

The Nourished Years speaks as a publication. We do not present one unnamed person’s experience as representative of all women. Midlife is varied, and our coverage is intended to make room for different ages, backgrounds, relationships, responsibilities and points of view.

Who publishes The Nourished Years?

The Nourished Years is an editorial publication published by Stelimasa Direct Limited. The publication speaks as an organisation and does not claim one person’s experience as representative of all women.

Wellbeing has more than one starting point.

Understanding menopause. Making space for rest. Finding movement you enjoy. Caring for your gut, noticing your energy and keeping connection in your life. These topics are part of The Nourished Years, alongside the wider realities of work, relationships, identity and ordinary life. Start with what feels useful to you.

Nourishment, in the fullest sense.

Food is part of caring for yourself, alongside rest, relationships, movement and asking for support. Our Kitchen and Reset & Thrive cookbooks offer meal inspiration within that wider picture. You can spend time here without ever needing a recipe or buying a book.

Our editorial charter.

We favour useful explanations over promises, flexible ideas over perfect routines and clear distinctions between published information, lived experience, professional review and commercial content. AI tools may assist with research organisation and drafting, but the publisher remains responsible for what appears here. Reviewer or contributor names will appear only when the relevant work and permission are in place.

The Nourished Years Letter.

Our newsletter begins with a short welcome explaining what to expect. The first full letter follows after 14 days, with a considered note every two weeks thereafter. It will share useful ideas, new conversations and, when ready, genuine opportunities for readers to help shape the publication.

Growing with care.

We are developing an Editorial Advisory Panel and a Reader Council in stages. We will not claim clinical approval, named contributors or reader representation before those relationships genuinely exist. The framework is published so prospective members can understand the purpose, boundaries and terms before deciding whether to take part.
